Manhattan Location
My Manhattan office address is 177 Prince St, Ste.403, New York NY 10012.
When you arrive dial 403# on the intercom, and I will buzz you in. The elevator is behind the stairs. Take the elevator to the 4th floor, and you will arrive in the waiting room.
Please have a seat inside this space, and I will bring you in as soon as I can.
Brooklyn Location
My office is in the PencilWorks Building in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The address is 61 Greenpoint Ave, Ste. 402, Brooklyn NY 11222.
Dial #402 on the intercom, and I will buzz you in. Take the elevator or stairs to the 4th floor and walk straight ahead toward the center of the building.
My office 402 will be on your right. When you enter, there is a white curtained space on your left. Please have a seat inside this space, and I will bring you in as soon as I can.
Insurance
I am in-network with Mount Sinai Employee UMR Top Tier insurance. Otherwise, I’m not in-network with insurance companies, so my patients pay me out-of-pocket. However, if your health insurance includes out-of-network benefits, you may be reimbursed for all or part of my fee. I will provide an invoice with the necessary information for you to submit to your insurance company. If you would like to use your insurance, please confirm with your insurance company that your behavioral health plan provides out-of-network coverage.
